Virtual Board of Education Meeting

The Moon Area Board of Education held its June 8, 2020, virtual business meeting at 7:00 p.m., with the president presiding. The board approved the May 11 minutes and the June financial reports, paid the monthly bills, and approved a five-year Hayes Software Systems license for the TIPWEB inventory system, all on unanimous roll call votes. It approved the district's three-year Special Education Plan, the 2020-2021 Allegheny Intermediate Unit services agreement, and summer 2020 remote extended school year paraeducator positions.

The evening's central debate surrounded Resolution No. 2020-5, approving ABM Building Solutions for a design-build project.
