Special Board of Education Meeting

The Moon Area Board of Education held a special business meeting on June 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The vice president called the meeting to order via conference call. Two directors were present in person, with the vice president and three other directors joining remotely. Three directors were absent. Three employees and the solicitor attended.

The board's only substantive action concerned the Moon Area Education Support Professionals Agreement. A director moved to approve the five-year Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Moon Area Education Support Professionals Association, effective July 1, 2026, as set forth in the attached document, subject to final review and approval by the solicitor. A director seconded the motion. All directors voted in favor on a roll call vote.

No audience members addressed the board, and there were no agenda items open to public comment.

The board then adjourned the meeting at 4:05 p.m. A director moved for adjournment, a director seconded it, and all directors approved the motion on a voice vote.

The clerk and the secretary signed the minutes.
